Welcome to Reiki Remastered®. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, your participation in Reiki Remastered® programmes, and any services offered through this website.

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or application, or enrolling in a Reiki Remastered® programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Reiki Remastered®

Reiki Remastered® is operated by Samantha Goddard and offers educational programmes, workshops and resources centred around energetic self-mastery, personal development and Reiki.

2. Website Use

By using this website, you agree to:

Use the website lawfully and respectfully.
Not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, Reiki Remastered® cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete or error-free.

3. Applications

Our Reiki Remastered® programmes require an application before enrolment.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.

Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure the programme is the right fit for both the participant and the programme.

Reiki Remastered® reserves the right to decline applications where it is considered that the programme may not be suitable.

4. Programme Enrolment

A place is confirmed only once:

Your application has been accepted (where applicable), and
Payment has been received.

Places cannot be reserved without payment unless agreed in writing.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before the programme begins unless an agreed payment arrangement is in place.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your place before the programme begins, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme begins may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable administrative costs.
Refund requests made within 14 days of the programme start date may not be eligible for a refund.
Once the programme has started, refunds are generally not available.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered individually.

If Reiki Remastered® needs to cancel or significantly postpone a programme, participants will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their place to a future programme.

7. Participant Responsibility

Reiki Remastered® provides education, guidance and opportunities for personal exploration.

Participants remain responsible for:

Their own wellbeing.
Their own decisions and actions.
Seeking appropriate medical, psychological or professional support where required.

Participation is entirely voluntary.

8. Health Disclaimer

Reiki Remastered® is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

The programmes are educational and are designed to support personal development and self-awareness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

9. Confidentiality

Participants are asked to respect the confidentiality of everyone taking part in the programme.

Experiences shared during group sessions, online meetings or within programme community spaces should remain confidential unless explicit permission has been given by the individual concerned.

10. Community Guidelines

Where programmes include a WhatsApp group or other community platform, participants agree to:

Communicate respectfully.
Maintain confidentiality.
Respect differing experiences and perspectives.
Avoid promotional or unsolicited marketing.

Reiki Remastered® reserves the right to remove participants from community spaces where behaviour is considered harmful, disruptive or inconsistent with these principles.

11. Intellectual Property & Trademark

Reiki Remastered® is a registered trademark of Samantha Goddard.

The Reiki Remastered® name, framework, methodology, programme content, logos, written materials, resources and all associated intellectual property are protected by trademark and copyright law.

No part of the Reiki Remastered® framework or materials may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, published, taught, licensed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Samantha Goddard.

Participation in a Reiki Remastered® programme does not grant any licence, certification or right to teach, reproduce, licence or commercially use the Reiki Remastered® framework, methodology or associated intellectual property.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reiki Remastered® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in a programme or use of this website.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details of how your information is collected, stored and used.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, business practices or the services offered by Reiki Remastered®.

The most recent version will always be available on this website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
